Weather
As you know, the UK weather can be quite unpredictable. Even if the forecast predicts rain, we can't be completely certain until the day itself. However, a photoshoot in the rain can be quite charming and romantic.
Alternatively, if you'd prefer, we can easily reschedule the photoshoot for another day that suits both our schedules. The most important thing is to ensure you have a wonderful and comfortable experience. -
Take Care Your Belongings
Take Care of Your Belongings
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please leave all valuable items at your hotel. Traveling light will allow you to move easily from one location to another without worrying about the safety of your possessions.
Some tourist spots can be less secure, so it's best to keep your valuables and passports safe at the hotel. This way, you can fully enjoy your day and create wonderful memories without any concerns. -
Arriving On Time
Please be on time for your shoot. If you anticipate being late, kindly let me know in advance. Let's respect each other's time.
Also, please remember that if you are late, your session will still end at the reserved time. For example, if you have a one-hour booking starting at 9:00 AM and you arrive at 9:10 AM, the shoot will still conclude at 10:00 AM. -
Payment Process, Cancelation and Reschedule
You can easily book your photo shoot online. During the booking process, you will only pay a deposit, and after the shoot, you will pay the remaining balance.
You can request to cancel or reschedule a booked shoot. Please note that in case of cancellation, the deposit you paid is non-refundable. For rescheduling, we can arrange a new date that fits both our schedules. -
Editing Process
For the photo editing process, all photos will be delivered to you online on the same day. From these, you can select the ones you want edited by providing us with their filenames in the "EGE0500" format. These photos will be edited in high quality according to your request and delivered back to you.
An additional £5 fee applies for requested retouching per photo, including skin, morphology, object removal, or color adjustments. -
Download Your Photos and Privacy
Please download all of your photos once you receive them online. Your photos will be backed up in high quality on our system. They will be accessible in the cloud for 6 months; after this period, you will need to pay £50 to have them re-uploaded.
I wanted to let you know that typically, the photos I take are used on my social media for portfolio and promotional purposes. However, I understand your preference for not having your photos shared publicly. If you would prefer that your images remain private and not be used on my social media platforms, I’m happy to let you know that I can offer this for 20% of the shoot price.
