As you know, the UK weather can be quite unpredictable. Even if the forecast predicts rain, we can't be completely certain until the day itself. However, a photoshoot in the rain can be quite charming and romantic.

Alternatively, if you'd prefer, we can easily reschedule the photoshoot for another day that suits both our schedules. The most important thing is to ensure you have a wonderful and comfortable experience.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please leave all valuable items at your hotel. Traveling light will allow you to move easily from one location to another without worrying about the safety of your possessions.

Some tourist spots can be less secure, so it's best to keep your valuables and passports safe at the hotel. This way, you can fully enjoy your day and create wonderful memories without any concerns.

Please download all of your photos once you receive them online. Your photos will be backed up in high quality on our system. Your photos will be accessible in the cloud for 60 days. After this period, they will be permanently deleted from our system. To re-upload your photos, there is a £60 fee. However, please note that your photos may have been deleted from our cloud system, in which case, unfortunately, we won’t be able to assist.

I wanted to let you know that typically, the photos I take are used on my social media for portfolio and promotional purposes. However, I understand your preference for not having your photos shared publicly. If you would prefer that your images remain private and not be used on my social media platforms, I’m happy to let you know that I can offer this for 30% of the shoot price.

You can trust me on this! I’ll provide you with a posing guide and share an article on posing tips right after you book your session. I’ll guide you both before and during the shoot to ensure we achieve the best possible results together.

Your photos will be delivered to you in high quality online on the same day as the shoot.

Please be on time for your shoot. If you anticipate being late, kindly let me know in advance. Let's respect each other's time.

Also, please remember that if you are late, your session will still end at the reserved time. For example, if you have a one-hour booking starting at 9:00 AM and you arrive at 9:10 AM, the shoot will still conclude at 10:00 AM.

All bookings must be made online. Some sessions require full upfront payment, while others allow booking with a deposit to secure your session.
The remaining balance (if any) must be paid after the shoot.

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 72 hours before your scheduled shoot:

• Cancellations at least 72 hours in advance are fully refundable.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is only possible with 72  hours notice and subject to availability.

For the photo editing process, all photos will be delivered to you online on the same day. From these, you can select the ones you want edited by providing us with their filenames in the "EGE0500" format. These photos will be edited in high quality according to your request and delivered back to you.

Kindly note that my photography style focuses on Portrait and Lifestyle work. During the editing process, I carefully adjust exposure, sharpness, contrast, and highlights. I also crop images to create the most flattering composition. Colours are enhanced for vibrancy and richness, and I remove temporary skin imperfections such as acne, as well as small distractions like trash or easily removable elements in the background.

My editing approach does not involve modifying body proportions — such as slimming arms, legs, or the chin. I also do not replace body parts or remove permanent features like scars, moles, or birthmarks, unless they are clearly temporary and easily fixable. I do not reshape clothing wrinkles unless the adjustment is simple and natural. Additionally, I do not remove, reshape, or recreate hair, except for minor fixes such as covering small bald spots upon request, if it is a straightforward correction.

If you would like any advanced or extensive retouching, it can be arranged for an additional fee.

You can select additional photos beyond the maximum limit included in your package by paying £5 per extra photo.
